How it works

Zinc is necessary for life. It turns out that many acne sufferers are deficient in zinc. Zinc reduces inflammation and it is also known as a natural antibiotic. It can be used without the fear of developing antibiotic resistance and unlike conventional antibiotics will work effectively on antibiotic resistant acne-causing bacteria. Zinc has been tested in acne patients in clinical studies. In several studies, zinc reduced the total pimple count by almost 50% and had comparable effectiveness to antibiotics.
