Your #FOBO kit will ship every 30 days. Shipping is always free for your #FOBO kit and you can cancel your plan at any time.
2. What is the microbiome and how does it make our products unique?
Our bodies have 10 times as many bacterial cells as human cells and these bacteria that live with us are necessary for our health. The bacteria train our immune systems, provide us with necessary vitamins, aid in digestion, and keep bad bacteria from overgrowing. Basically, we need the bacteria and the bacteria need us. Our SE Microbiome Complex and probiotics support the growth of the good bacteria while suppressing the growth of the bad bacteria that are associated with disease. Happy bacteria = happy us.
3. What makes my #FOBO kit personalized?
Acne is complicated and what works for one person, doesn’t work for everyone. On both our mobile app and website you can take a quiz to receive a personalized #FOBO kit based on your specific needs. Your acne treatment will differ based on details you give about your general skin characteristics and the type of acne you are experiencing. The app will then guide you through the treatment process, track any behaviors that might be leading to breakouts and recommend changes to optimize your results.
4. What is your return policy?
When starting a new acne treatment, it can take up to 8 weeks to see results, but if you don’t love our products, send us an email at FOBO@dermala.com and we will refund your order.
