Pumpkin Oatmeal Smoothie

This oatmeal pumpkin smoothie recipe combines the yummy flavors of fall with gut-healthy foods. Try this quick and easy recipe the next time you want to get into the fall spirit while filling up with gut-healthy nutrients.

Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup Rolled oats
  • ¼ cup Pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ a frozen banana
  • ½ tsp Pumpkin pie spice (or a mix of cinnamon, ground cloves, ground ginger, and nutmeg)
  • 2-3 Dates
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tbsp flaxseed
  • Handful of ice

Directions:

1. Combine the oats, pumpkin puree, milk, frozen banana, pumpkin pie spice, dates, chia seeds, flaxseed, and ice into a blender and blend until smooth.
