Pumpkin Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Rolled oats
- ¼ cup Pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ a frozen banana
- ½ tsp Pumpkin pie spice (or a mix of cinnamon, ground cloves, ground ginger, and nutmeg)
- 2-3 Dates
- ½ tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tbsp flaxseed
- Handful of ice

Directions:
