A smoothie is a delicious and healthy breakfast option, especially on a warm summer day. Ingredients:

- ½ cup plain yogurt 

- 1/4 cup Kefir

- ½ cup milk of choice

- ¼ cup Oats

- ½ frozen banana

- ¼ cup Blueberries

- a handful of spinach

- 1 Tbs flaxseed

- 1 capsule of the SUPPLEMEANT to Be Daily Pre + Probiotic Mix twisted open 

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients except the SUPPLEMEANT to Be Daily Pre + Probiotic Mix in a blender and blend until smooth. Twist open the SUPPLEMEANT to Be Daily Pre + Probiotic Mix capsule and sprinkle it on top of your smoothie. Drink immediately.
