Clinically tested acne treatment with: patented combination of SE Microbiome Complex® and salicylic acid. The result is a balanced microbiome that delivers long-lasting effect. The salicylic acid dissolves dead skin cells, which opens clogged pores. Aloe vera soothes the skin and reduces inflammation. Pimples heal faster with less redness, pain, hyper-pigmentation (dark spots), and scarring. The result clear, healthy, beautiful skin.
Cleanse the skin with a gentle cleanser (CLEANSE with Benefits is the best) and pat dry. Use one pad to gently apply the solution all over the face, avoiding the eye area. We recommend starting with one application per day (either morning or evening), then gradually increase to two applications per day. If dryness occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day until your skin has adjusted. Patch-test before the first use.

Antimicrobial, helps kill acne-causing bacteria and anti-inflammatory to reduce redness and hyperpigmentation. Leaves the skin clear and smooth.
100% Organic Aloe vera is a natural ingredient from the Aloe plant that contains vitamins, minerals and amino acids that support the skin’s microbiome and acid mantle (skin barrier) while deeply hydrating and soothing the skin and minimizing any skin irritation.

I've been using Dermala for over a year (it may have even been two years). The fact that I can't remember means I have had no inclination to switch to any other product for managing my acne. I had acne as a teen, and suffered throughout my 20s with continuing breakouts sometimes with a few cystic pimples. I tried things like Proactiv. Benzoyl peroxide based products. and then I found out one day that those things are like antibiotics for the skin....destroys good bacteria. I'd had success in my health journey in fixing my gut health, so Dermala talking about the skin microbiome just made sense. Before these products, I feel like I'd only ever have clear skin for a week or two at max. Once I found Dermala, over the course of a few months, I stopped breaking out so much. And I'm a picker, their zit stickers are a god-send! I pop some on at night and they ACTUALLY seriously shrink zits WITHOUT spread. I think spread was always my biggest problem. Now having been on Dermala for a while, and using other products like "Osea" (only introduced in the past 4 months to my regimen) that just tackle things like radiance and pigmentation, it's a dream combo and I've never felt better about my skin. I can actually feel decently comfortable going places without makeup. And I can't remember the last time I had a REAL breakout. I might get the occassional zit but they're tiny and few and far between. Best of all, I'm not even avoiding sugar and dariy like the plague because of what it used to do to my skin. This stuff really has changed my skin microbiome and I'm thoroughly convinced. They have a lifetime customer.
I’ve been using Dermala for a year and a half now. I use the normal/combination face wash, the toner pads and the oat moisturizer. Before starting Dermala, I was desperate for relief. I suffered from hormonal/cystic acne for years and nothing I tried was helping. If you’ve delt with sever acne you know how much it affects your self esteem. Anyway, in time this has completely cleared up my skin. It’s rare that I ever get a single blemish these days and the scarring/discoloration is slowly fading over time, too. I’m so thankful that I found this and gave it a try! I would recommend to anyone. It’s not over drying and it has good ingredients that not only kill the bad (acne causing) bacteria but feeds the good bacteria in your skin. Thank you, Dermala!
I like that this helps to minimize breakouts without being overly drying. It’s a hard balance to find. I use this with the cleanser for combination skin and follow with their moisturizer. It removes any leftover make up or dirt that my face wash leaves behind.
Very easy to use and effective in reducing acne
I am so impressed with this product! I am currently pregnant and limited on skincare options for my hormonal acne. I have literally tried everything that my OB considered “safe” and nothing has worked. I’ve used salicylic acid before, but I think the addition of the probiotics here have really made a difference. My post acne discoloration is diminishing as well. I use this twice a day and it’s a little drying, but to me it’s worth it to have clear skin. The breakouts I have gotten since using this are less red, have healed quicker, and leave minimal scarring. I have used for a month and I will continue to use this product. Dermala, please make the container a full months worth! There are only 50 pads as opposed to 60, so I’ll have to keep adjusting my subscription purchase so I don’t run out. That is my only complaint!
